Cancellations Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed on our website, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email returns@kingdomsocietyapparel.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to refer to our return and refund policy for further assistance.
In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund or credit, our customer support team will guide you through the process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please note that certain conditions, such as product customization or personalized items, may affect eligibility for refunds or credits. Our team will provide you with the necessary information and assist you in the best possible way.

At Kingdom Society Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is worry-free. Please read our return policy carefully:
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. We kindly request that you include any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchange/ Return Policy
You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
All of our apparel & novelty items have a 30-day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 30 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, go to the Self Serve button and go through the return/exchange process using your customer account.
**Due to the nature of digital products we do not offer refunds after purchase.
Three exceptions:
- We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
- If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.
- We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
