How long does shipping take?
All Kingdom Society Apparel packages are shipped from Dallas, TX. A few of our clothing store orders from China will take longer to ship.
Typical shipping windows are:
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days*
International shipping: 7-40 business days*
China: 15-30 business days*
*P.S. This doesn’t include the normal 24-72 hours of warehouse processing time.
Heads up: Your package status may not update for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we sent you. So don’t worry—it’s totally normal for your package tracking to stay the same for a few days. Also, packages only go out for shipping Monday through Friday.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. is $1.50-10 depending on weight, but we do offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $60.00.
International shipping from our is $14-30 USD depending on weight, with free shipping on orders over $80!
Can I use multiple coupon codes
Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time
If I forgot to add a coupon code
No big deal! Just submit a request to add a coupon code here: Fill out the Contact US page form on www.kingdomsocietyapparel.com Make sure to include your order number, ship-to name, the email address used to place the order and the coupon code you want to apply.
Heads up: If it’s been more than 24 hours since you placed the order, we won’t be able to add a coupon code to your purchase. To avoid missing a coupon code sign up for our Reward program.
What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?
No worries! All of our apparel & novelty items have a 30-day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 30 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, go to the CONTACT US page on www.kingdomsocietyapparel.com and go through the return/exchange process.
Three exceptions:
- We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
- If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.
- We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.

Contactless Delivery:
In line with current health and safety guidelines, our local deliveries are conducted with contactless protocols. Our delivery personnel will leave your package at the designated delivery location or doorstep, and no direct contact or signature will be required.
Failed Deliveries:
In the event that a local delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability at the delivery location, or any other circumstances beyond our control, our customer support team will reach out to you to reschedule the delivery or discuss alternative arrangements.
